Why it's important to attend an official INLPTA's Trainers Training
If you have only trained with one individual or at one school of NLP, chances
are that you will have missed learning some vital NLP skills along the
way. The NLP community consists of many individual interpretations or "brands" and
approaches to NLP. No single perspective is ever complete or balanced.
Not just one "brand" of NLP...
INLPTA is the only truly international accrediting body that trains trainers
with the best from all the NLP schools. We believe you deserve to have
access to the contributions from all branches of NLP, not just the
`big names' and those who are better at self promotion. When you join
INLPTA you are joining a world community of aligned professional NLP
Trainers.
The best place to learn
NLP is a dynamic and incredibly sophisticated technology that deals with "how
to" processes. Many of the skills and techniques covered are extremely
fast and effective at creating pervasive change. This makes them incredibly
powerful. And because of their subtlety, unless you study under the supervision
of a skilled Trainers Trainer who really understands the technology,
and who can guide and coach you through it, it's possible that you could
miss out on vital processes.
The Master Trainer Development Program
The Master Trainers Track
The Master Trainers Track is open by application only to anyone certified
as an NLP Trainer. It is intended to be a way for successful NLP Trainers
to learn from their colleagues in an intensive learning environment,
refine their training skills and master new techniques. Participants
in the Master Trainers Track participate in separate additional training
sessions every day. The material covered will be cutting edge and go
beyond any other Trainers Training ever presented anywhere.
Stretch yourself
To be certified as a Master Trainer you must successfully complete this
training, assist at two Trainers Trainings, have conducted Five Practitioner
or Master Practitioner Trainings (at least one of each), and have developed
a new pattern or technique that makes a contribution to NLP. The Master
Trainers level, a level beyond Trainer stands for experience, success,
flexibility, research and creativity in the development of NLP. Enrollment
in the Master Trainers track will be limited, so apply early.
This is far more than just NLP...
The introduction of a formalized NLP Master Trainers Track is designed
to give you the opportunity to stretch yourself to the very edge of
your NLP capabilities. Your primary objective in this track will be
to learn about how you need to be thinking and processing in order
to create new NLP Patterns so that you, too, can begin to contribute
to the development of the science of NLP.
Refine your Trainers skills at a generative level
The key areas you will be learning during your NLP Master Trainers Track
include... how to create new NLP Change Patterns, how to create new Change
Models, how to integrate NLP with other relevant and complimentary models...
such as Logical Levels and Logical Typing skills, Advanced Generative
Learning, Cybernetic Epistemology, Advanced Modeling and more...
Throughout your Master Trainers Training you will achieve a greater
insight into the interconnections between the principles, presuppositions,
and foundation of NLP. This will help you come to a better understanding
of how NLP provides a cohesive structure to many unique patterns and
approaches.

Who will make the most outstanding
contribution to the field of NLP this year?
We believe that as a future NLP Trainer you will need many things to be successful.
And it is our aim to provide them for you.
First, you will need to learn how to successfully train and market NLP Practitioner
and Master Practitioner Certification Trainings in business and therapy. In
order to achieve this, you will need to know both what to teach and how to
teach it.
Second, you will need to be part of an International Association of NLP Trainers
who will support you and give legitimacy to your work. A body of trainers who
are dedicated to the world-wide professional and ethical use of NLP.
Third, as part of a growing base of International NLP Trainers, you will need
to be evaluated on presentations and exercises in your own native language.
It is ineffective and inefficient to be evaluated in English if you teach in
another language.
Fourth, you will need a pathway for future growth. This is provided through
a Master Trainers Training and in the future through additional relevant training
modules covering new developments in NLP as well as other important information.
