Certification at the 10th Annual NLP Trainers Trainings will be through the International Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainers Association (INLPTA). INLPTA has been created to provide an international body which will give professionalism and integrity to the training and use of NLP. INLPTA has developed new and complete standards for certification as a Practitioner and Master Practitioner, Trainer and Master Trainer. These certification standards reflect the diversity of people learning NLP throughout the world and incorporate new material as it is developed.

Membership in INLPTA is open to certified trainers who agree to uphold its standards and who teach courses meeting its guide-lines.

Dr. Wyatt Woodsmall
Wyatt Woodsmall is the founder and President of Advanced Behavioral Modeling, Inc., a training and consulting firm committed to dramatically increasing the performance of organizations and individuals through the use of advanced behavioral and learning technologies. Wyatt is an expert modeler, business consultant and trainer. He is known for his vast range of interests and for his ability to synthesize complex ideas into new and more powerful models. Richard Bandler has called him a walking encyclopedia of NLP and has said that "no one knows more about NLP than Wyatt."

Wyatt has been instrumental in pioneering the concepts and applications of behavioral modeling technology in the public, business and athletic sectors. He is the co-creator of Advanced Behavioral Modeling (ABM)? which is a technology for capturing and transferring excellence. ABM? is a synthesis of the NLP approach to modeling with ideas from artificial intelligence, values research, human typological analysis, accelerated learning and cognitive psychology.

Wyatt did his original work with the US Government in areas including Morse Code reception, recruiting techniques, Hovercraft operators, marksmanship, computer systems administrators, knowledge engineers, and synthesis and creativity. In the private sector he has worked with Polaroid, General Motors, MCI, and Avery Dennison. He has been working for four years with the US Olympic Diving Team and coaches. ABM's work has contributed to the 3 U.S. medals won at the 1994 Olympics in diving.

In addition to modeling and consulting on performance enhancement, Wyatt conducts in-house management, leadership, supervision, values, creativity and negotiations trainings. He also does public trainings in NLP and Advanced Behavioral Modeling. He has conducted 9 yearly NLP Trainer's Trainings. Wyatt has conducted basic and advanced NLP Trainings in 13 countries on four continents.

Wyatt is Co-author of Timeline Therapy and the Basis of Personality and is the author of over 50 published articles on NLP. He is the first person ever certified as a Master Trainer and as a Master Modeler. He is the past President of IANLP and an honorary member of GANLP. He has a Ph. D. from Columbia University, a M.Div. from Union Theological Seminary and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Virginia. Wyatt is generally recognized as the "Trainers Trainer" and as one of the most creative minds in NLP. He is the foremost modeler in the NLP community. Tom MacKay
For over 15 years Tom has worked with individuals and organisations to help them achieve incredible results. He has worked in therapeutic settings ranging from pain management in a hospital through to helping individuals create deep lasting change. He has also trained and consulted with a large range of companies including Whitbread, Reuters, VISA, Royal Mail and many other organisations. Tom is committed to all of his students to help them create the results that they want.

Tom Mackay was recently selected by the BBC after a search of all of the UK to do a pilot TV show on family dynamics. He has been involved in NLP for 15 years and runs a successful NLP training company in the UK. Over the last 15 years he has been involved in training and coaching top organisations and individuals and has a passion for helping people achieve their dreams. He is also a professional musician and has worked with many different top artists.
